CATSKILL – A household is homeless three days earlier than the Thanksgiving vacation after a fireplace broke out of their Catskill house Sunday night time.

The house, at 195 Maple Ave., was closely broken by the fireplace, Catskill Hearth Chief John Holt mentioned.

At roughly 9:53 p.m., Greene County 911 dispatched the Catskill Hearth Firm and the Hudson Hearth Division to the scene after receiving studies of smoke coming from the two-story residence.
